Our Story

Just Prospect Baseball Academy, was founded in 2012 in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela. Francisco Ortiz the founder and current President has the vision and goal of developing the baseball in his hometown and the East Coast of Venezuela. For this reason he bought a baseball complex in Puerto La Cruz and renovated the baseball field and amenities to create the first baseball academy with their own complex in this zone of the Country.

The investment and hard work of the President and the Staff of our academy quickly started to pay off, creating a name in Venezuela and being know as an academy that specialize in transforming young athletes into high-caliber prospects. We have securing lucrative signings with over 20 MLB teams.
